This tragic, double wrongful death case arises from the reckless driving of a tractor trailer operator who tried to “beat” traffic by racing through a congested intersection on a red light. The 18-wheeler broadsided a Honda mini-van, that entered the intersection on a green arrow. The force of impact and killed the Honda driver and his wife who was in the front seat. Their three young children were all injured but survived the crash.
