The Bell Law Firm filed the Lane v. Emory Healthcare suit in DeKalb County on behalf of Stefan and Janet Lane, against defendants Emory Healthcare, Inc., et. al.
This is a medical malpractice action based upon allegations of professional negligence, arising out of Emory’s practices and withholding of stroke treatment from Stefan Lane.
