The Bell Law Firm filed suit in Fulton County on behalf of Myung Ja Oh, individually and as representative of the estate of Byung (Ben) Oh, deceased, against defendants Atlanta Medical Center, Wellstar Health Systems et. al.
This medical malpractice, wrongful-death action arises out of medical services negligently performed on Byung (Ben) D. Oh at Wellstar’s Atlanta Medical Center from April 30, 2018, through June 9, 2018.
