The medical malpractice lawsuit Barlow v. Northside Anesthesiology Consultants, LLC, et al. arises from allegations of negligent medical care provided to Joy Barlow in April 2015.
According to the complaint, Ms. Barlow received medical care from both Dr. Thomas J. Morrison and Dr. Justin G. Ford in April 2015. The lawsuit alleges that both physicians failed to comply with applicable standards of care in their treatment of Ms. Barlow, causing “grievous bodily injury,” with resulting pain and suffering, medical expenses, and wage loss.
